Which NobleWills Service Is Right for You?

NobleWills is a cross-border Will-writing service designed to help individuals and families prepare a legally valid Will in a simple, clear, and structured way.

We currently offer two types of Will-writing services:

• Online Will Service (Basic and Advanced)
• Premium Will Service

Choosing the right service depends on your personal circumstances, including where you are domiciled, the complexity of your estate, and whether you have existing Wills.

Our Online Will Services

Our online Will platform is designed for individuals with straightforward estate-planning needs. Unlike generic templates, every Will created on our platform is reviewed by a Will specialist to ensure it meets legal requirements. If we identify any issues, we will contact you by email. The online service is available in two tiers:

• Basic Online Will
• Advanced Online Will (includes confirmation of your identity, a video consultation, professional printing of your Will, and the option to add country-specific Wills)

The sections below will help you determine which option may be suitable for you.

Where are you domiciled

In general terms, domicile refers to the country you regard as your long-term home and with which you have a substantial connection.

• If you are domiciled in Singapore, either our Basic or Advanced Online Will service may be suitable.
• If you are domiciled outside Singapore, we recommend choosing our Advanced Online Will service so that your situation can be reviewed more carefully.

You Want Your Will to Cover Singapore Assets Only

Currently, we only offer a general Will to cover your assets in the jurisdiction of your domicile and your worldwide assets.

You have an existing Will

If you have an existing Will but intend to revoke it and write a new one, then you can use our online Will service. The one that you write with us will then become your new Will and you should destroy the previous one.

If you have an existing Will written in another country and would like to have a Will specifically to cover your assets in the US, then our Online Will service is not suitable for you.

You have a complicated estate

NobleWills online service can only cover straightforward distributions to your estate. If you require any complicated distributions, or have assets abroad or are a citizen from another jurisdiction, then our online Will platform may not be suitable for you.

You are getting ill

If you are terminally ill or have a mental illness or other serious conditions, then we strongly recommend that you visit a medical practitioner before signing your Will.

If you are unable to sign using a pen, then our online Will platform is not suitable for you.
