NobleWill is simply the best online Will writing service provider here in Hong Kong, especially for young, tech-savvy individuals, people with assets in HK and/or the US, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals. Initially, I asked Bing chat (ChatGPT 4) whether an online Will is accepted by HK laws. The response came back as yes, and interestingly, Bing chat suggested InstaWill (by Good Wills HK). So, I subscribed to InstaWill's online Will service with 3 years of unlimited changes for HK$1700. However, their online Will template is very basic, allowing me to enter only my personal information and details of my beneficiaries. There's no way for me to add extra details such as a list of assets or other wishes after my passing. Consequently, I emailed them for advice on how I can include additional details in my online Will. It took a few days for them to respond, and they informed me that I would have to subscribe to their separate Will writing service, which costs HK$6300, as their online Will service does not allow for additional details beyond the information of me and my beneficiaries. I was quite disappointed. Then I conducted some research on Google and discovered NobleWill, who had received numerous positive reviews from other customers. I sent them an email inquiry, asking if their online Will service allows me to include additional details such as a list of assets and wishes. Within 1-2 hours, I received a reply stating that it does. (Their website does mention that additional details, such as a list of assets, digital assets, and wishes, are included in the package.) Consequently, I subscribed to their advanced online Will service for HK$3000, which also includes unlimited updates on their online platform for 30 days (with an option to extend for 1 year at an additional cost of HK$300), a professional review of my Will and list of assets, a video call to confirm identity and address any concerns or questions (which I found extremely useful), a professionally printed physical copy of all my documents (a pleasant surprise as I wasn't aware it was included, and it would have incurred extra charges otherwise), and more. My overall impression of their service is very positive, and they are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and provide friendly services tailored to the needs of tech-savvy individuals.
