Our online Will service allows you to organize your entire estate plan instantly online. After you create an account, you will be asked a series of questions about yourself and your wishes. Your answers will be used for our team to create a Will that is customised to your needs. You will then receive a PDF version of your Will within 2 working days where we would include signing and witnessing instructions.


What is the benefit of using the online Will service?

Our online Will service is quicker, easier, and more affordable than a traditional Will service. It also provides a single place for you to create, update and maintain everything related to your estate plan such as your Will, asset list, guardianship documents, and more. You also get instant assistance by our team when needed.


Is an online Will legal?

Yes, a Will prepared online is legal if it is filled out accurately and executed correctly. This means that you must provide accurate information and the Will must also be signed by you in the presence of two independent witnesses. We provide a simple guide on how to validate your Will correctly.

Can my partner and I make a Will together?

Yes, you can make a Will together with your partner. We offer a discount when you opt in to paying for both you and your partner together. By doing this, you're also able to share information with each other's accounts to make the process even easier.


How long does it take to make a Will?

It takes as little as 15 minutes to make a Will with our online Will service. You will then receive a PDF version of your Will within 2 working days.


In what language is a Will written?

Our Wills are written in English.


How does the signing and witnessing work?

The online Will service includes instructions to sign your Will with witnesses of your choice.


Can this online Will cover my worldwide assets?

Yes, our online Will service can cover your worldwide assets. However, if you have a growing amount of assets in multiple countries, we recommend creating a separate Will for each jurisdiction to make it easier for your executors to manage your estate. This is especially important if you have assets in countries with different legal systems or inheritance laws. If you are unsure, we can help you determine the best approach for your situation during the Advanced Online Will service video call.


How much does the online Will service cost?

Can I set up a trust using the online Will service?

The online will service automatically creates a trust for your children if they are underage.


Do I need to be in Singapore to sign the Will?

No, you do not need to be in Singapore to sign the Will. You can sign the Will from anywhere in the world as long as you have two independent witnesses present during the signing. We provide instructions on how to do this correctly.


Do the witnesses need to reside in Singapore?

No, the witnesses do not need to reside in Singapore, but they must provide a residential address. They can be located anywhere in the world as long as they are independent and not beneficiaries of the Will. The important thing is that they are present during the signing of the Will and can attest to your signature.


Can I give a bank account to the beneficaries of my Will with the online Will service?

Our online Will service does not currently include this feature as it requires a more complex setup. However, we recommend instead of giving a specific bank account to an individual, to offer cash gifts or percentage splits of your overrall estate as a replacement. This avoids ambiguity and ensures that your beneficiaries receive their intended share without complications.


I have received the PDF version of my Will. What do I do next?

After you receive the PDF version of your Will, you will need to print it out and sign it in the presence of two independent witnesses. If you have opted for our professional print, you will need to send an email reply to us to confirm that you are happy with the contents of your Will, we will then arrange to deliver the professional print to your shipping address for your signing and witnessing.


I have opted for the professional print. How do I receive my Will?

After you confirm that you are happy with the contents of your Will, we will arrange to deliver the professional print to your shipping address for your signing and witnessing. You will then need to sign it in the presence of two independent witnesses.


I have opted for the Advanced Online Will service. What happens next?

Once we receive your submission, we will send you an email to arrange a video call with one of our Will specialists. During the call, we will go through your Will and make any necessary changes. After the call, we will send you a PDF version of your Will for your review. Once you are happy with the contents, we will arrange to deliver the professional print to your shipping address for your signing and witnessing.


Does the online will cover permanent guardianship for my children?

Yes, the online will service allows you to set up permanent guardianship for your children. You can specify who you want to be the guardian(s) of your children in the event of your passing. This is an important aspect of estate planning, especially for parents with young children.


Does the online will cover temporary guardiaship for my children?

No, the temporary guarduanship appointment is not covered in the online will service. If you would like to set up temporary guardians, you can use our Deed of Temporary Guardianship service.
