What is a premium Will?
Our premium Will service is made for people with complex estates where our online service falls short, or for those who simply prefer a personal service. Our premium service is provided directly in person or by video call with one of our Will writing specialists, and the service can be fully customised to your specific needs. This service is recommended for those with assets in multiple countries, those with complex family situations, or those with complex wishes.
What is the difference between the premium Will service and the online will service?
The premium Will service is a bespoke service that is tailored to your specific needs and is typically conducted via video call or in person. The online Will service is a more general service that is suitable for most people with straightforward wishes and is conducted on your own using our online platform. Other than the difference in processes, the premium Will service offers full flexibility in terms of the appointments and distributions. What does the premium Will service include?
The premium Will service includes a 1 hour in depth estate planning meeting with one of our Will specialists,a draft Will for your review with multiple amendments until you are ready to sign the Will. We will also include witnesses to sign the Will with you. If you have children, this service will also include the appointment of permanent and temporary guardians for your children. The appointments and distributions are flexible and we will take into account all of your needs to make appropriate suggestions on how to adjust to your Will for the benefit of your beneficiaries.
Does the premium Will service include investment or tax advice?
Our premium Will service will take into account your investments and potential inheritance tax exposure to suggest the best solution on the distribution of the estate, however, we are not financial or tax professionals, and will therefore refer you to our partners when proper advice is required.
Does the premium Will service include signing and witnessing?
Yes, the signing and witnessing of the Will is included in the premium Will service. The signing service is typically conducted in our office, but we may consider signing elsewhere under certain circumstances.
How much does the premium Will service cost in HKD?
We offer fixed fees. The main Will would cost HK$8,000 and any additional Country Wills would cost HK$3,000 per jurisdiction. If your spouse would like to have a Will drafted at the same time, it will only be an additonal HK$2,000.
How much does the premium Will service cost in SGD?
We offer fixed fees. The main Will would cost S$1,4000 and any additional Country Wills would cost S$5500 per jurisdiction. If your spouse would like to have a Will drafted at the same time, it will only be an additonal S$3500.
How do I book the premium Will service?
Please email us at info@noblewills.com to arrange a time for the instructions meeting. We will then send you a link to pay the deposit and book the appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel my premium Will service appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by email.
Does the premium service include storage of my Will?
The premium will service offers membership options which is billed on a yearly basis. The membership includes secure storage of your Will in our fireproof safes, retrieval of your Will when needed, and the option to update your Will at any time. The annual fee for the Storage Membership starts at HK$400/S$70. For more details please contact us.
What happens if I don't renew my premium Will service membership?

What is the process for the premium Will service?
Book an appointment with us via email at info@noblewills.com for a 1 hour instructiongs meeting through a video call. Once a meeting date is confirmed, we will issue an invoice for the deposit. After the meeting, we will draft the documents and send them for your review in 2 working days. Full payment will be due before we send you the draft documents. You can then make unlimited changes to the documents until you are happy with them. Once you are happy with the documents, we will arrange a time for you to sign the documents in our office or we can send you instructions to sign them. After signing, if you opt for our storage memberships, we will store your Will in our fireproof safe and provide you with a copy.
